When you list your home with me, I bring you all the benefits that come with a listing from Coldwell Banker, the largest Real Estate broker in the area. Then, I really start to provide service. I treat each of my clients with a very high level of care, as is appropriate for an investment of this size.
The following are highlights of the services I provide for my clients:
- Great traditional marketing of your home. This includes newspaper ads, Coldwell Banker marketing materials,
and our internal and external network of cooperating agents.
- A huge internet presence. In this area, 70% of all potential buyers start their search on the web. Your house
is listed in MLS, available to the public at mlslistings.com. It will be available from californiaMoves.com and
cbMoves.com, Coldwell Banker's regional and national websites. All these places will link to a custom,
detailed website at mikesokolsky.com. I use virtual tours
if clients want them.
- Open houses. I hold these as frequently as my clients wish. If you wish, I invite neighbors, who are
curious, and sometimes have friends they would like to see move into the neighborhood.
- I help make your house show as well as possible.
- Skillful negotiation, especially if there is a multiple-offer situation.
- Constant vigilance before and after your home is in escrow. I never abandon you, my client.
