Living and Dining Room
The front part of the house is a spacious, open plan design. The kitchen looks onto the dining area and living room, and has a door to the back patio. The stairway is a two story open shaft with a skylight, twinkling glass lights, and a beautiful stair rail. This all provides architectural interest to the space. The space has beautiful, large, double pane energy efficient windows that make the entire area very light and bright and spacious feeling.
The living room has halogen recessed lighting, the kitchen has fluorescent recessed lighting, and the dining area has a fluorescent fixture that fits the contemporary nature of the space. There are infotainmant cables in the living room and kitchen.
