Powder Room and Inside Laundry Facilities

A glass pendant light to top off the effect. The floor is honed birds eye slate, and there is a super efficient low flow Toto toilet. The room is painted a vivid blue to match the sink.
The laundry area is designed for flexibility. There are washer and dryer hookups designed for a super efficient stacking pair; many manufacturers now make models that would fit here.
For those who prefer not to have the dryer stacked, the closet opposite has hookups for either a gas or electric dryer. This space can be used for a storage closet otherwise.
